1. Overview of Diarrhea
Diarrhea is a seriously related problem for human beings. It seriously affects the bodily functions of human beings. It is loose watery and possibly more frequent bowel movements are a common problem. It may be present alone or be associated with other symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, or weight loss.
Luckily is usually short-lived, lasting no more than a few days. But when diarrhea last beyond a few days into weeks, it usually indicates that there’s another problem _ such as irritable bowel syndrome IBS or a more serious disorder, including persistent infection, celiac disease, or inflammatory bowel disease.
2. A Proper Definition of Diarrhea
Diarrhea also spelled diarrhea is the condition of having at least three losses, liquid or watery bowel movements each day. It often lasts for a few days and can result in dehydration due to the loss of fluid.
3. Important Note for Diarrhea

- Mucus in the stool
- Urgent need to have a bowel movement.
5. When to see a Doctor?
If you are an adult see a doctor:
- Your diarrhea persists beyond two days with no improvement.
- You became dehydrated
- You have severe abdominal or rectal pain.
- You have bloody or black stool
- You have a fever above 102 F ( 39)
In children particularly young children, It can quickly lead to dehydration. Call your doctor if your child’s diarrhea doesn’t improve within 24 hours or if your child does.
6. Causes of Diarrhea
There are a lot of causes of this disease but some are written here. Diarrhea is one of the important causes of it’s due to bacterial infection or parasites present in the food and water which you usually drink it. Sometimes, adult Does not take it seriously to wash their hand before eating anything which may also cause Diarrhea.
That’s why it affects the human body seriously. They started vomiting continually which may lead to a dehydrated person. There are also a lot many but somehow I discussed them here.

For prevention or treatment:
- We have to need to wash our hands daily before eating.
